Nancy Jimenez

I have had the pleasure of working with Nancy for many years. She is dedicated to pushing projects artistically and strategically. She can lead a broad range of work, from socially driven campaigns to print campaigns to content development and more. Nancy has an amazing design sense, along with an acute eye for detail. Her willingness to collaborate and hear everyone's opinion is what makes her such a great team leader. We have had to deliver many projects under tight timelines and Nancy's confidence, resolve, and phenomenally positive attitude shone through and made the work stronger and on schedule.

For 11 years, at DIRECTV/AT&T Creative Services, I’ve had the pleasure of working and collaborating with Nancy. She has a terrific eye and deep appreciation for all things aesthetic: be it design, fashion, art, music or food. Nancy grew into a terrific leader and Creative Director. Always on point. Forever pushing the work. Great with clients. Her team loves her. She’s also an excellent presenter. There’s a reason the businesses supported by the Acquisition Team grew the most within AT&T Creative Services. Nancy led in making that happen.

I've worked with Nancy for the past 8 years. Throughout that time I've come to know her very well. Nancy is an exceptional leader and communicator. She is a consummate collaborator, always open to hearing from everyone in the room and embracing a creative idea no matter what department is delivering it. Nancy's energy and enthusiasm towards exploring diverse threads of creativity always net the most fantastic results. You know working with her you've exhausted all the best options and have edited down the best to present. Nancy allows her team the space to create, they enjoy her feedback along the way, knowing that her vision is focused, concise and always geared toward overdelivering on the request. Presenting to and with her has always been an educational and fun experience. She cares deeply about the projects and is always invested in communicating clearly what her and her team have created. She knows exactly why her decisions were made and why they are the strongest to deliver. I have had such a great time working with Nancy all these years and I'm happy to not only call her a colleague but a friend. I hope to work with her again sometime along the journey.

I have had the pleasure of being an internal client of Nancy and her creative team for the past four years. I came as an outsider to marketing but Nancy made the transition extremely easy by being so welcoming. What I always appreciated was the approach of stretching the envelope for each project we worked on. Being in such a large and visible organization, it can be hard at times to be creative and unique but Nancy and her team constantly challenged themselves to come up with fresh, new ideas to make our marketing campaigns successful. We went from one static Facebook campaign when I joined my team to an entire series of animated stories that captured the messaging and tone of our customers and turned advertisements into conversations.

Most importantly, Nancy always made sure we talked about the strategy and outcomes we wanted to see from each campaign to make sure the work was purposeful and intentional. Many times, creative teams act as order takers to the business client but that was never the case for the past four years. Some of my best memories working on new campaigns came from team huddles where we would discuss all aspects of the project and what needed to be done to ensure it was successful.

I am grateful for all of the support Nancy and her team provided because our work wouldn't be possible without them.

As an account supervisor, I work closely with Nancy and consider her as a dream creative director. She never fails to elevate her creative output, exceeding KPI benchmarks in the process. With Nancy as the lead, I can count on effortlessly delivered, exceptional work, built upon real strategy. Whether it is a fire-drill social media request or a complex animated campaign, she steps up, ready to problem-solve with a seasoned yet fresh design eye. Nancy consistently invites all voices to the table, especially the clients’. This collaborative spirit is partly why she is such an excellent leader. She always buoys her team’s talents and empowers them as valued contributors. Anyone in need of a motivating creative lead need look no further than Nancy!

Not only does Nancy possess a wholistic, forward-thinking vision towards creative direction, but she is also an incredible mentor. She consistently inspires her designers to deliver their best, while imbuing them with a sense of ownership over their work and careers. I am privileged to work with her everyday, and learn about creative leadership through her example.

Nancy is a true professional. She possess all those analytical skills you need to refine and define the design process. With enthusiasm and charisma, she is able to communicate feedback that few people can - all while encouraging her designers to be better than they were yesterday. That said, Nancy inherently knows that great outcomes can only come from great teams. Combined with a sharp sense for aesthetics, she knows what to look for in your designs as well as in one's person - which makes Nancy an invaluable asset to AT&T.
